Develop Leadership

We are always trying to provide new and better opportunities for our leaders to engage and develop themselves in. With your donations, we can support more full-time leadership positions for our membership to take on and put back into the entity.

As we adapt to the future and needs of the new market, we also want to stay ahead of the industries and introduce new and useful platforms and partnerships that can help improve and support the delivery of all our experiences, from exchange to membership.

As a youth-led organization for youth, we want to ensure we offer the best experience to our members and ensure they get as many benefits, opportunities, and perks, especially when they come to events like our conferences. Donations help us deliver even better experiences for our delegates to engage in and connect to the AIESEC mission so that they can bring that impact back to their local communities.
