No matter what your academic background, AIESEC can send you on an internship abroad. Each year, AIESEC provides 3500 students worldwide with the opportunity to live and work in a new and challenging environment. AIESEC Western is currently sending over 10 UWO students abroad, and we're still aggresively trying to increase that number!

An AIESEC internship is a perfect summer job, an alternative to the Professional Experience Year, or a launching point for your career after graduation. Here are some more details about the program:

Types of Internships

•     Management - internships in business functions such as finance, marketing and HR
•     Technical - internships in information technology and all disciplines of engineering
•     Development - internships focused on social development, such as AIDS awareness
•     Educational - internships involving teaching different subjects, such as languages

Duration 

An AIESEC internship can last anywhere from 2-18 months, and students are eligible up to two years after graduating as long as they are 29 years of age or younger.
