partnered closely with.

- a portfolio that is focused on developing relations in the
business community in order to raise traineeships and sponsorships.

Exchange Participant
- a student that is leaving your LC to go away for a traineeship. Can
also be called a trainee or student nominee (SN). |

- a portfolio focusing on the financial aspects of running AIESEC.

- our premiere international work exchange for students worldwide in the fields of development, education, management, engineering and computer science.

- a form which a company must fill out in order for them to take a
trainee. The information on this form is entered into myaiesec.net
matching database.

- a local chapter of AIESEC. Eg. AIESEC Queen's is an LC.

Local Committee President
- the elected president of an LC

MC |
Member Committee
- a group of individuals that are representatives of AIESEC for a
specific country. Eg. AIESEC Canada

- the elected president of the MC. In Canada, this election takes
place at NC in December/January.

National Congress
- one of two national conferences in Canada. Held in
December/January, this conference focuses on training new members and
introducing them into the network of AIESEC Canada. The MCP elections
are also held here.

- one of two national conferences in Canada. Held in early May, this
conference focuses on more advanced training.
