Conferences
Each year, AIESEC Canada organizes and delivers three regional conferences, National Congress, and National Leadership Development Conference. There are also numerous opportunities for our members to attend international AIESEC conferences. Our conferences are organized to maximize the learning and skills development of our members allowing them to acquire valuable personal and professional skills. Conferences provide a forum for our members to engage eachother and leaders in the corporate community, government and civil society in specific, relevant issues to increase their awareness, deepen their learning and provide them with a network of people who have common interests. AIESEC Canada Conferences - Regional Conference: A 2-3 day conference in September/October for new members to learn more about AIESEC’s identity and operations, connect with other members, and begin planning their AIESEC Experience.
- National Congress: A 5-day conference at the beginning of January that brings together members from across the country to develop strategy, receive training, and elect our national President.
- National Leadership Development Conference: A 5-day conference in May that brings together our newly elected executive teams to receive functional training, leadership development, and build their networks.
- International Conferences: - A 7-12 day conference for leaders at the local or national level for leadership development, strategy sharing, defining international direction, and building networks of cooperation.
