New Internship Pools:
AIESEC exchange program has grown to 3 pools:

1. Management:
   AIESEC's staple management pool includes internships in business administration, economics, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources and international business.
2. Technical:
   This pool includes engineering and IT.
3. Development:
   This pool includes community and social development projects
4. Education:
   Educational internships focus on educating others, often in language skills

Online Internship Matching:
No more green and pink forms! AIESEC's global internship program now uses an online database matching system called InsightXP. Once a company fills out a job questionnaire, an AIESEC member enters it into InsightXP and searches for the most suitable candidates worldwide thereby speeding up the matching process considerably.

Increased customizability and flexibility:
Today, AIESEC's Global Internship Program is more flexible than ever making it a completely customized turnkey solution for companies. In selecting the internship profile, employers are able to identify their intern's ideal country of origin, education, skills and experience background. Additionally, employers are able to identify minimum and maximum lengths of internship and start dates at any time of the year.
